On Saturday &Sunday, 17-18th December 2022, CAiN Program held an Angel Investing Boot Camp 2022 with investing process Session through Simulation Startup Pitch including group discussion which cover on Deep-Dive Session, Business Valuation & Deal Structure, Term Sheet, Subscription Agreement & other offers and Reflection Session.
This session was led by Mr. Chhoun Sattya, Business Analyst Manager, Cambodian Investors Capital Partner Plc and Mr. Chun Phirun, Legal Compliance Manager, Cambodian Investor Capital Partner Plc.
Objective of this Boot camp:
- To gain practical knowledge on investing process
- To understand tools of business valuation and aspect involve in term sheet and subcription Agreement
- To build strong network among CAiN members and BIO members
