WHAT ARE IMPACT-DRIVEN ENTERPRISES?
Impact-Driven Enterprises are new forms of business organizations primarily seeking to maximize benefits for the society and environment. They combine business indicators and Sustainable Development Goals as a framework for decision making and action.
Impact-Driven Enterprises can operate at scale. Those can be SMEs or larger groups that do not aim to maximize profits for their shareholders but strive to tackle societal problems. They do not rely exclusively on donations to cover operational costs. The enterprise draws upon business techniques and approaches to generate the revenue streams needed to achieve financial self-sufficiency.
PROGRAM
PrISME is the first Cambodian program shaping the next generation of Impact-Driven Enterprises. Through a 12-month cycle support, Founders and C-Level Executives are provided with intense strategic leadership, operational guidance, and hands-on management services to develop relevant overarching growth strategies and secure the funds they need to implement those successfully.
Resources, networks, and knowledge are actively mobilized to transform Entrepreneurs into audacious Change Agents providing meaningful employment that includes marginalized groups, and delivering needed products and services to vulnerable communities, while preserving Cambodia’s natural capital.

Venture Building
We provide Impact- Driven Enterprises with strategy and tailored management services to plan solidify and implement sustainable growth. PRISME’s goal is to help solve sticky and complex issues with practical solutions that make sense to entrepreneurs, so that they can scale up their operations and impact.
Access to funds and finance
We co-lead with Impact Enterprises access to funding and patient capital that they need to scale their operations and positive impacts in Cambodia. PRISME’s goal is to guarantee access to financial resources they could not access so far.
Business Linkages Facilitation
We support Impact Enterprises to initiate and forge solid business linkages with Sustainability-Committed Firms in Cambodia and its region. PRISME’s goal is to provide
connections and capacities to integrate within regional supply chains, through quality production, procurement, distribution, and sales.
Sustainable Investments
PRISME also works directly with impact investors worldwide to give them access to a high-quality pipeline of Impact- Driven SME, expedite their due diligence process, and co-invest with peers.
Strengthening the impact ecosystem in Cambodia
PRISME aims to develop a space that is more conducive to Impact Enterprises growth, working closely with government/private sector/development organization leaders to create relevant policy, regulatory and legal frameworks. An important part of this work will be to successfully establish an impact measurement system that is user friendly and replicable
