Congratulation to all participants from Ggear Group who successfully completed Young Leader Program Cohort 04 organized by Accineur Venture.
Throughout this program they have learnt 9 essential modules for sharpen their capacity development including business skill, Management skill, soft skill as well as Strategic Bootcamp.
With this program, they can understand more about the work system in each business of the company and how to cooperate and comprehend one another’s work, even in different departments, with good communication. In addition, they can also look at the problem and turn it into a solution together when performing practical work.
